I liken counseling as setting off on a journey of self-discovery that increases self-understanding and self-awareness. As the therapist, I accompany you on your journey and support you to trust in your own ability to realise your full potential; to help you in your growth process to cope better with issues as they present themselves; to help you to process experiences in your life or to change what needs to be different. I can vouch for this process having walked the walk myself as a client.
